absolutely terrible experience. the room had a shocking lack of privacy, with a huge gap under the door allowing every noise to filter in. not to mention the shower barely had any water pressure, good luck washing hair! honestly, is it too much to expect a complimentary upgrade or at least a warm welcome gift? just couldn't give a good review.
